The High Holy Days at CBS are a beautiful, spiritually uplifting experience. 

Services are lead by our wonderful Rabbis, David Weizman and Danielle Upbin. 

The schedule during this season is filled with services, programs, and study from Selichot through Simchat Torah, and open to everyone.

CBS Schedule for High Holy Day Services
and Programming
5781 / 2020
This year Congregation Beth Shalom’s High Holy Day Services will be online with a hybrid of pre-recorded services and live streaming. 
Everyone is welcome to participate in the entire service on each of the holidays or view individual pre-recorded components separately. 
There will also be special activities outdoors, with social distancing.
All details and login information will be posted on the CBS website as soon as each specific program plan is finalized.
Wednesday, September 16 & Thursday, September 17
  • Parking Lot Drive-By and Shofar Blowing - Scheduling information will be forthcoming. Drive through the synagogue parking lot, hear the Shofar and pick up:
    • Tashlich prayers and information
    • The Book of Remembrance (for Yizkor)
    • Your Rosh HaShanah basket from Sisterhood
    • A Machzor if you purchased one or want to borrow one
    • Rosh HaShanah dinner from Lynn’s Catering (for those who place their orders through Sisterhood)
